Purpose by Dana is a small, Co. Springs whole food meal prep company focused on providing fresh prepared meals from our kitchen to yours.

I lost 43LBS (see after and before) over 9 months by eating a consistent, balanced diet with the help of Dr. Kells Weight Loss Clinic. The meals which I cooked for myself, I now cook and package for others to eat in the same consistent and balanced manner. 

The Key

The key to successful weight loss is compliance. You are more likely to stick to your diet if you have all of your meals prepared ahead of time. At Purpose we do all that work for you, thereby increasing your likelihood of compliance and success in your weight loss endeavors.

We recommend three whole meals a day, with healthy snacks and desserts for the moments in between.

Everything is made fresh, never frozen, without sugar, only stevia, organic ingredients, and no seed oils. Each item is keto friendly and gluten free.

Simply place an order below and pick up your meals at your scheduled time. No contract. We 100% guarantee freshness.

Pickup days are Sunday and Thursday between 2-6pm.

For pickup on Sunday orders must be placed by Friday morning.

For pickup on Thursday orders must be placed by Tuesday morning.
